[*BCM*] Let's put up flyers!

I didn't make Critical Mass that prominent because if you know what it
is, you know when it is. I'm trying to lure in bicycle riders who
might not think of themselves as activists on the premise of their
having a good time.

Maybe I'll add a line like "Ride your bike around Boston with cool
people for a few hours!"
