[*BCM*] Solidarity Rides in addition to Critical Mass

=v= Thanks for the improved Subject: line.  The folks organizing
the Solidarity Rides in D.C. do indeed promote them as "in
addition to" Critical Mass, *not* "instead of."  They do not
attract as many participants as CM, but they're definitely part
of that city's bike culture.

=v= Similar efforts have happened in Austin ("Courteous Mass")
and Portland ("Wuss Ride"), but I believe they've both gone
defunct.
