[*BCM*] anarchist summit needs 5min cm presentation

Since CM isn't even an organiztion and has no decision making process (nor
should it!) i would suggest that anyone who wants to present this go the
summit and stand up when its CMs turn. I plan on basically just explaining
what it is, on a basic level that even armchair internet liberal critics
can agree with, and then plugging this months ride.
