This seems to be a silly way to change anything. The law is both unjust
and unenforced. Your freedom to act has thus nothing to do with what some
piece of paper down on capitol hill says, but rather on what you yourself
can actually do. Seeing as we (i would hope) should be striving for actual
freedom to bike and not symbolic laws passed in our favor, it seems as
though lobbying for this issue would be a huge waste of time and money.
