[*BCM*] Massachusetts Bicycle

I'm saying they should have their own list (which they might have) and not
clog up this list with their stuff.  So, y'know, people don't assume that CM
and MassBike are one and the same.  And people who are interested in
MassBike can join their list.  Pretty simple.
