[*BCM*] Dynamic Bikemap? (was List of dangerous streets)

I think that's a good idea.  However, the nice thing about Google Maps
is that anyone with a PC and a mouse and can immediately create
shareable content.  It's pretty intuitive.  All you need is a google
account.
