[*BCM*] BCM Website

[Tripp Hyde]

As I've mentioned, I am working on a google maps based web app that
will allow folks to update info on roads in the area.  I might have
something ready for testing next week.  Anyone who might be able to
help with ajax/php/gui stuff please email me directly.
