Section 1.4
(a) Bicycle
Every device propelled by human power upon which any person may ride, having  
no more than two tandem wheels either of which is 18" or more in diameter. 
(b) Bike path
A route for the exclusive use of bicycles separated by grade or other  
physical barrier from motor vehicles. 
(c) Bike lane
A lane on a street restricted to bicycles separated by grade or other  
physical barrier from motor vehicles.
