[*BCM*] get out of emergency vehicle's way

Tonight towards the end of the ride, I can't remember what street we
were on...somewhere close to the medical district, an ambulance was
coming up on us from behind and all the bike pulled over to the side
of the road and stopped WAY before the ambulance even passed.
I don't know what the deal was during the incident you describes but
tonight's ride was very "polite". Except for that old guy in the
Mercedes with the pizza and the attitude problem. he was a dick.
