[*BCM*] cops/sweepers

Last month and this month, we seemed to have police cars following the
mass in Boston and Cambridge and occasionally hitting their lights &
sirens.

Can anyone comment on what the cops seemed to be trying to accomplish?
 Did anyone get stopped?

On the positive side, there were a couple of Cambridge bike cops who
helped out when one of our number got knocked down by a car she was
corking.
