[*BCM*] Mass Ave project - lawsuit.

How are bicyclists not included in this project?  Aren't there normal
travel lanes?  Are bicycles somehow being illegally baned from the
regular lanes?

It looks to me like whomever is suing the city doesn't get the concept
of bikes being legal vehicles which have the right to the road like
all other vehicles.  That's unfortunate.

Of course, I see the pedestrian and wheelchair users complaint being
valid, perhaps, if they are narrowing the sidewalk on a major urban
street.
