The only real problem I have with the article  is this:

"We always get calls about them," said Officer Frank Pasquarello,
spokesman for the Cambridge Police Department." If there's a violation,
we will stop them. . . . At red lights they have to stop. On some
occasions, we have had a talk with them. But we have no problem with
them if they obey the laws."

Saying "we have had a talk with them" is quite the understatement.
