[*BCM*] NYPD Incident

I'd say the argument that the cop was protecting himself goes out the window
when he starts to run to be able to catch the cyclist with his elbow. Having
been in dozens of protests in NYC while living there for 8 years, not
surprised in the slightest. I once saw a cop throw a hot cup of coffee in
protesters face at a small sit-in.
