[*BCM*] accidents

Astonishing how you hear of an accident and so many of you immediately blame the bicyclist.  When will you ask about whether the car windows were tinted, or if the driver was texting, or if a car was illegally parked in a blind spot, or if the driver was drunk, or left their glasses home?.  The car culture is stronger than I ever thought when the cyclists blame themselves for injury first.

"I didn't see them", indeed.
