[*BCM*] Motivation to ride CM

Haha, yeah, I remember that downpour.  Probably still the heaviest rain I've
gotten caught in ever on my bike... good times.  Critical Mass, on the other
hand, no matter how hard it dumps during the day it always clears up in time
for the ride, though I can't say I've been every month.
