[*BCM*] More courteous Cmass

 I have heard many say "not all red lights make sense for cyclist" and while that makes sense, there is no legal in between until laws, lights, policy or some combination of change is implement.

I encourage the police handing out citations for breaking traffic laws. It's dangerous to run reds, and illegal.
