I've had great success with Nexus hubs. I have one on a Van Dessel 
Superfly I ride at the moment, and it is flawless, and Skunk from SCUL 
has used them for years in his primary thrusters on ships such as this 
one which weights > 130lbs without rider, and gets ridden > 15 miles 
most days.
